If you email or call us, use the Contact page, or use the “Email this order to us” button at checkout, we receive what you choose to send — for example your name, email address, phone number, company, ship-to address, and the items you are asking about. These messages are sent through your own email program and do not pass through this website.

Your cart. Items you add to your cart are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you return. We do not receive this information unless you send it to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the website, and may use strictly necessary security cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Payments

This website does not take payments. Orders are confirmed and invoiced directly by Sentinel after you contact us. Please do not send payment card numbers by email.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and orders, arrange shipping, keep business records, and operate and secure the website. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information
